Your data, your rights
Personal data
1. Who holds your data?
That would be us, i.e. Tameshi Investment sp. z o.o., headquartered in Łódź (90-009, Poland) at Sienkiewicza 59. We're legally registered with tax identification number (NIP): 7292707849, REGON: 361612309, KRS: 0000560029.
If you have any questions or requests regarding your personal data, you can contact us at administration@tameshi.eu.
2. Where do we get your data from?
- When you directly interact with us – e.g. by mail, phone or through our website's contact form – we will store the information you provide for as long as it is necessary to fully handle your request.
- From other legitimate sources, such as third-party data aggregators, our marketing partners, public sources, or social networks. We only use (process) such data if you have given your consent for it to be shared with other parties (such as us) and do not store it ourselves.
3. What personal data do we collect?
Our servers automatically log your visit to our website, retaining your IP address for security and analytical purposes for up to 30 days. This data is processed by Netlify conformant to a data processing agreement and compliant with the GDPR.
If you use our contact form, the data you send is also processed and temporarily stored by Netlify, which may process it outside of the EU. We request that data to be deleted from Netlify's systems as soon as we're done handling it.
We do not automatically collect nor track any other personally identifiable data.
4. Your rights
The GDPR defines certain rights of EU citizens with regards to their personal data, but we choose to extend those to all visitors regardless of their location:
- Access – You can request more information about the personal data we hold about you and request a copy of it;
- Rectification and erasure – If you believe that any personal data we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, or simply wish to erase some or all of it from our systems, you can request such change;
- Restriction and objection – You can ask us to restrict further processing of your personal data and prohibit certain data processing operations, such as the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes;
- Portability – You can ask for a copy of your personal data in a machine-readable format. You can also request that we transmit the data to another entity where technically feasible;
- Complaint – You have the right to lodge a complaint about our practices with respect to your personal data with the supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority) of your country;
Cookies
1. Do we use cookies?
Yes, but we keep this use minimal and they're entirely optional.
Once you consent, we ourselves merely store information about your consent on your device (so that we don't keep asking you for it), while the only third-party service we use (that also uses cookies) is Google Analytics.
They help us understand how our website performs, how you interact with it and how we can better provide content that is relevant to you, i.e. improve our website and your experience on it. Those cookies last for 2 years but do not contain any personally identifiable information.
You can read more on how Google specifically handles them – and your data – in Google's policies.
