Hi! We are Tameshi and our team is thriving in the AWS cloud. We run projects for large Polish and international clients from the financial, FMCG or telecom sectors. We advise, analyze and migrate to the cloud. We are an AWS Advanced Partner and AWS Partner of the year 2022 in the CEE.

As a Product Owner, you will combine the product vision for the identity system with formal grant requirements. Your role will be to ensure that Tameshi is not only secure and scalable, but also delivered in line with the EU milestone schedule.

Expected tech stack:

Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Product Owner in IT projects (SaaS or Cybersecurity products are highly welcome).
EU Grant Expertise: Practical knowledge of EU-funded projects (NCBR, PARP – including the SMART Path or FENG) and the ability to efficiently navigate competition documentation and procedures.
Ownership: We are looking for someone who takes full accountability for the project, actively seeking solutions rather than just pointing out issues.
Methodologies: Practical knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile/Scrum or Prince2/PMP).
Planning & Budgeting: Ability to create and enforce project schedules and budgets.
Technical Translation: Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements (writing user stories).
Product Presentation: Ability to showcase the product while defining and communicating its business value.
Documentation Skills: Comfort working with extensive documentation and administrative procedures.
Sales Alignment: Close collaboration with the sales team to create promotional and educational materials, with the ability to identify unique product features and turn them into sales arguments.
Languages: Fluency in both Polish and English (enabling seamless work with technical and business documentation).

Responsibilities:

Tameshi Backlog Management: Defining User Stories for the developing solution.
EU Goal Achievement: Monitoring KPIs and milestones defined in the grant application.
Collaboration with Sales: Gathering insights and feedback from potential clients to expand the backlog accordingly.
Sales Material Creation: Co-authoring promotional content based on the roadmap and planned product development.
Technical Collaboration: Working closely with the Solutions Architect on platform performance and security.
Compliance Assurance: Ensuring the product meets strict GDPR requirements and data security standards.
Reporting: Supporting the project team in preparing substantive documentation for financial settlement with the funding institution.
