IT Project Manager

Hi! We are Tameshi and our team is thriving in the AWS cloud. We run projects for large Polish and international clients from the financial, FMCG or telecom sectors. We advise, analyze and migrate to the cloud. We are an AWS Advanced Partner and AWS Partner of the year 2022 in the CEE.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team - someone capable of independently driving projects from start to finish and taking full ownership of them.

Expected tech stack:

Minimum 3 years of experience in comprehensive IT project management across the full lifecycle, from analysis to deployment, working with external clients.
Experience in business analysis and gathering project requirements.
Practical knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies (Agile, continuous, Waterfall).
High technical awareness and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Ability to work in a remote environment with distributed teams.
Experience working with international clients (including different cultural backgrounds).
Proactive attitude, creative problem-solving approach, and complete autonomy in action.
Conflict resolution and risk mitigation skills.
Very good knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Atlassian suite).
Accountability for both the project and the project team.
Exceptional communication skills, alongside a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Comprehensive management of cloud-related projects.
Setting and managing project goals, defining requirements, and organizing the project team's work.
Leading the project team to define project scope, goals, detailed plans, and project roadmaps.
Co-creating and maintaining a great team atmosphere, as well as managing project changes.
Monitoring and reporting project progress, including project budgets.
Collaborating with clients to deliver projects, confirm work scope, and conduct project sign-offs.
Identifying risks and taking a proactive approach to resolving them.
Ensuring the quality of project documentation and maintaining standards across projects.
Attending and leading team meetings, and supporting backlog management.
Ensuring the quality of delivered solutions.
Supporting the PM team in joint initiatives, implementing tools, standards, and strategies, with the opportunity to support the Sales department during the pre-sales stage.
Close collaboration with other departments within the company.

Nice to have:

Experience in a Product Owner role and working with DevOps teams.
Experience leading migration projects related to public cloud environments.
Project management certifications (e.g., PMP).
Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure).

Soft skills you’ll need:

English and Polish - this is essential, as most of our projects require collaborating with clients in these languages.
Organization and time management (your own and sometimes the team's) - we are task-driven, so accurate time estimation and meeting deadlines are highly valued.
