Hi! We are Tameshi and our team is thriving in the AWS cloud. We run projects for large Polish and international clients from the financial, FMCG or telecom sectors. We advise, analyze and migrate to the cloud. We are an AWS Advanced Partner and AWS Partner of the year 2022 in the CEE.

We are looking for Cloud Developers to join our team at Senior, Mid or Junior levels. Our requirements differ only by experience. As a Senior, we expect deeper expertise and high autonomy. As a Mid or Junior, we offer more room to learn and grow. You do not need to tick every single box - let’s just talk!

Expected tech stack:

Requirements for Senior/Mid:

Experience - minimum 3 years working with Python, especially in Data-focused projects
Architecture - building serverless solutions and microservices using Docker, AWS ECS, and AWS Lambda
Prototyping - ability to efficiently build PoC and MVP solutions
Soft skills - autonomy, proactivity, and a problem-solving mindset - we are looking for someone who takes initiative and proposes new solutions
Languages - fluent Polish and English are essential as most of our projects require client collaboration in both languages
AI skills - proficiency in working with GenAI

Requirements for Junior:

Basics - even few months of experience with Python and Serverless on AWS
AI skills - some ability to work with GenAI and modern AI models
Mindset - eagerness to learn prototyping, build MVPs, and become autonomous - we want to give you the space to grow and refine your skills

Responsibilities:

Development - building scalable, efficient, and secure AWS infrastructure solutions using AI, ML, and GenAI technologies
Prototyping - fast-paced creation of Proof of Concept (PoC) and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) solutions to address core client needs
Collaboration - active requirement gathering and analysis with clients and architects to align tech solutions with business needs
Documentation - writing technical documentation covering system architecture, deployment processes, and maintenance best practices
Sales support - assisting in the sales process, including project estimation, technical scoping, and delivering presentations to support client decision-making

Nice to have as Senior/Mid:

AWS & Data - experience with AWS services, ML, and Data Engineering (AWS SageMaker, AWS Glue, AWS Bedrock)
DevOps - ability to build and manage CI/CD pipelines and IaC (Terraform / OpenTofu)
